Honey-Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh pineapple, diced

  • 2 ripe bananas, diced

  • 1 (6-ounce) raspberries, halved

  • 2 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1 (6-ounce) fresh blueberries

  • 1 (15-ounce) can sliced mandarins in juice

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 medium limes, juiced and zested

Directions Step 1: Prepare ingredients

  • Wash and dry produce. Dice pineapple and bananas. Halve green grapes and raspberries. Juice and zest limes.

Step 2: Combine the fruit

  • In a large bowl, add diced fruit and mandarins.

Step 3: Make the honey-lime dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix ¼ C honey, 2 tsp lime zest, and 1 Tbsp lime juice.

Step 4: Finish and serve

  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to evenly coat. Eat and enjoy!
