1 lb fresh pineapple, diced
2 ripe bananas, diced
1 (6-ounce) raspberries, halved
2 cup green grapes, halved
1 (6-ounce) fresh blueberries
1 (15-ounce) can sliced mandarins in juice
¼ cup honey
2 medium limes, juiced and zested
Directions Step 1: Prepare ingredients
Wash and dry produce. Dice pineapple and bananas. Halve green grapes and raspberries. Juice and zest limes.
Step 2: Combine the fruit
In a large bowl, add diced fruit and mandarins.
Step 3: Make the honey-lime dressing
In a small bowl, mix ¼ C honey, 2 tsp lime zest, and 1 Tbsp lime juice.
Step 4: Finish and serve
Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to evenly coat. Eat and enjoy!
