Fork & Pan classes for adults is a fun way to try new recipes and learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals. Together, we'll talk about ways to stretch food budgets, shop smarter and use nutrition information to make healthier choices.


Classes meet once a week for six weeks and are 2 hours in length. Lessons cover nutrition and healthy eating, food preparation, food budgeting and essential kitchen skills such as proper knife techniques and reading food labels.


No cooking experience is necessary – just come ready for some culinary fun and a chance to share a meal with your neighbors!
